Privacy Policy

This prototype uses demo content. The policy below describes how BookPilot intends to handle business and customer data.

1. Information we collect

We collect account details you provide (name, business name, email, phone), booking data created through your booking page, and technical data such as device type and pages visited. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

2. How we use information

We use data to run your booking page, send confirmations and reminders, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client booking history for advertising.

3. Your customers' data

Data your clients submit while booking belongs to you. BookPilot processes it on your behalf as a data processor. You remain responsible for informing clients how their information is used.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate BookPilot — hosting, email and SMS delivery, and payments — each bound by confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

5. Retention

Account and booking records are retained while your account is active and for 12 months after closure, unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal reasons.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Where GDPR applies, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, logged and reviewed. We notify affected customers without undue delay in the event of a breach.
