Terms of Service
Last updated 1 August 2026
This prototype uses demo content. The terms below outline how the BookPilot service is intended to be provided.
1. Agreement
By creating a BookPilot account you agree to these terms. If you use BookPilot on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, for the activity of staff accounts you invite, and for keeping credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use BookPilot to send unsolicited messages, to publish unlawful content on a booking page, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.
4. Bookings and clients
BookPilot provides scheduling tools only. Contracts for services booked through your page are between you and your client, including delivery, cancellations, refunds and deposits.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but may perform maintenance or release changes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify account owners by email before material changes take effect.
